Small group leaders are special people! They often host people in their homes on a weekly basis. They lead studies that help enable discussions about important spiritual matters. They accommodate the circumstances that lead to rich friendships centered around Jesus.
But small group leaders face many challenges – and over time those challenges can lead to being exasperated. At Tulsa Workshop in a few weeks I’ll be speaking to exasperated small group leaders and hoping to offer them hope and encouragement. I will share a few things I’ve learned along the way – even though I am far from an expert.
To help me gain the most insight I set up a SURVEY that is brief but offers opportunity for small group leaders to share thoughts that will help me do my best to bring a blessing to those in the class. If you are a small group leader or can pass this along to small group leaders, I would be so appreciative. I will be giving away some small group resources in a drawing from among those who have filled out the survey.
Thanks for your help. The link is HERE. I have about 70 now, and would love to have 100 leaders share with me their thoughts.
I appreciate your time!
