Custom Internet Newspaper – paper.li

newspaper-clip-art-5

The word “newspaper” may be one that your grandchildren will consult Wikipedia to define. It is an unenviable position to try to SELL information that is already available free of charge – even in a digital format it is becoming a more difficult business these days. Many newspapers have folded, others are considering it. Alas, “…never send to know for whom the bells tolls; it tolls for thee.

But what if you could create your own digital newspaper made up of all of the links and posts you thought were the best you had read. What if you could link to people who consistently offer excellent content – so that you could share it with others? What if you didn’t actually have to aggregate the content, it was done automatically via your Facebook and Twitter feed?

And in these days of too-many-links-too-much-information what if your readers thought that you were consistent enough in putting together good material that your ‘daily’ became something that was anticipated eagerly?

That’s what Paper.Li has given you the opportunity to create – and free of charge no less! (There is an upgrade that costs $9 per month, but the free version is free!) Check it out for yourself … or start following some of your favorite papers. Here are some links!

The Chad Brooks Daily

Uncompromising Daily

Pastors.com Daily

The Adam Ellis Daily

The Stan Granberg Daily

The James Nored Daily

#UMC Daily Digest by @LilMeezer

The Jim Martin Daily (which isn’t daily…come on Jim!)

And last but not least…

The Dobber Times!

Now I will admit that I do not read ALL of these EVERY time they come out. But you can subscribe to them free and if they happen to arrive in your email box at a time when you have a few minutes, the links are often things you’ve missed and will enjoy.

If you  have a paper.li newspaper, be sure to link it in the comments!

Thanks for reading and sharing!
