God, we ask You to fill us with the knowledge of Your will through all the wisdom and understanding that Your Spirit gives. We long to live a life worthy of You.
It is our hearts desire to please You in every way. Help us to bear fruit in good works, grow in our knowledge of You, grow in our strength according to Your glorious might so that we may serve You with endurance.
We give joyful thanks to You, Father, for You have qualified us to share in the inheritance in the kingdom of light. You alone have rescued us from the reign of darkness.
You have brought us into the kingdom of Your Son Jesus whom You love. Because of Jesus we have redemption and the forgiveness of sins. Fill us with that knowledge, Father. Give us understanding, Spirit. In Jesus we pray, Amen.
