Delhi, Louisiana Meeting Place
Yesterday was actually a peaceful day. The only thing to which I can attribute that is the work of the Spirit of the Lord in our hearts as so many joined together in prayer for us. Thank you so much. We received flowers, e-mails, calls, cards, and words of encouragement. All of your comments were beautiful. Friend Denise took us to lunch. We had a day of peace…shalom. Thank you, God.
Tonight I preached at the Delhi Church of Christ. This small but joyful group of believers treated Maggy and I with great hospitality and laughter. We enjoyed our visit there and look forward to tomorrow night about 7:00. So if you’re in the area, come on out!
I love this cooler weather we’re experiencing. Starting to feel like fall in the deep South. I hope you are well. Thanks for reading.
